We’re working on restocking your favorite product as quickly as we can. However, if you'd like to be notified when a product is available again, simply sign up for an email or SMS notification under the "Notify Me When Available" section on the product page of the item you’re interested in.
You can also subscribe to our newsletter so you’ll always have access to discounts, tips, and new product information.
You can redeem your discount code or digital gift card when you go through the checkout process to purchase your selected products. You can enter your discount or gift card code into the “Discount Code” box and then click the “Apply” button at any point throughout the checkout process on your desktop and the payments page on your mobile device. Important note, do not go through the express checkout if you want to input a discount or gift card code. The discount or gift card will automatically be applied and your total purchase price will be adjusted accordingly (purchases must exceed €45 after the discount or gift card code is applied to qualify for free shipping). Only one discount or gift card code can be used per purchase. Each digital gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of its issuance.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and all other major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDeal, PayPal, and ShopPay (please note that some of these payment methods may not be available in all browsers or regions). If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Continue'. You will then be redirected to https://burkeandkeen.com to complete the transaction.
Once your Burke & Keen order is shipped, you will receive an email from the shipping courier with your tracking number and a link to track the package. Please be reminded that the courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours.

Within Europe, we have a flat-rate shipping fee of €4,95 for standard delivery. However, if you spend €45 or more, shipping is free.
We strive to process and ship your orders within 24 hours of order receipt, Monday to Friday. However, during the current Covid-19 pandemic and peak promotional periods, please note that our advertised fulfillment and shipping timelines may be longer.
Our European customer orders are serviced via our warehouse in the Netherlands so the shipping time for most orders is 1-3 business days. It may take longer depending on which country we’re shipping to and if there are any delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are currently just shipping to addresses in Europe. However, we are hoping to expand quickly; especially into the UK and other Schengen countries. Please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page so we can keep you up to date with our launches in other countries.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. The start of the 30-day term is the delivery date included with your tracking number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, that due to hygiene reasons, you are not permitted to break the seal to test the product and then return it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can email us at contact@burkeandkeen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method less the return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or we shipped you the wrong item). It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; however, to the extent that is within our control, we will do our utmost to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.We will exchange products that are defective or damaged. To exchange a product for the same item, take a photo with your phone of the defective or damaged product, and email it to us at contact@burkeandkeen.com.
